About Dr. Jamie Schrager 

Dr. Jamie Schrager is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in early childhood development and mental health. She holds a Doctoral Degree in School-Clinical Child Psychology and has extensive experience working in New York City independent schools, supporting children, families, and educators.

Dr. Schrager brings a thoughtful blend of clinical expertise and creative insight to her work. With a background in both psychology and media, she has contributed to educational content for Sesame Street, Dora the Explorer, and Go, Diego, Go!.

Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and guided by warmth, empathy, and practical strategies that help children, teens, and adults build lasting emotional resilience.
