Treatment Options

  • Individual therapy for children ages 3 - 10 years old struggling with anxiety, behavioral challenges, difficulty managing emotions, or school-related stress.

  • While much of my work centers around children and families, I also provide individual therapy for adults. I offer a warm, supportive space to explore challenges related to parenting, identity, life transitions, and emotional well-being. I also work with adults experiencing anxiety and depression, using evidence-based approaches to help build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

  • A collaborative approach that helps families navigate challenges, improve communication, and strengthen their relationships. Sessions may focus on addressing specific concerns such as anxiety, behavioral issues, parenting struggles, or the impact of major life changes like divorce or grief.

  • SPACE is a parent-based treatment designed to help children and teens with anxiety, OCD, and related challenges—without requiring the child to participate directly in therapy. Developed at the Yale Child Study Center, SPACE empowers parents to support their child’s progress by changing how they respond to anxiety-driven behaviors.

  • Parenting a child with disruptive behaviors—such as frequent tantrums, defiance, aggression, or difficulty following rules—can be incredibly stressful and overwhelming. Through evidence-based parent coaching, I support families in understanding the root causes of these behaviors and provide practical, effective strategies to create lasting change at home.

  • I offer engaging, practical workshops and workshop series for schools and organizations on a range of child development and parenting topics. These can be tailored for parents, educators, or both, and are grounded in evidence-based approaches. Popular topics include:

    • Setting up successful playdates

    • Supporting children through big family transitions (like moving or welcoming a new sibling)

    • Building effective and sustainable routines

    • Managing anxious behaviors

    • Navigating picky eating

    • Addressing disruptive behaviors in home or classroom settings

Workshops can be customized to meet the specific needs of your community and delivered in-person or virtually. Please reach out to learn more or to schedule a session.

  • I partner with schools to strengthen their social-emotional learning (SEL) practices through hands-on consultation, staff training, and customized curriculum development. With extensive experience designing and implementing SEL programs, I help schools translate research into actionable strategies that support emotional regulation, resilience, and positive behavior school-wide.

Whether you’re looking to refine your existing approach or build something from the ground up, I can support your team in selecting or adapting curricula, integrating SEL into daily routines, and addressing specific student or classroom challenges with empathy and evidence-based tools.
