Begin this school year with structure, realistic routines, and support. Led by licensed clinical psychologist Dr. Jamie Schrager, this virtual caregiver group is designed for busy, thoughtful parents who want more than Pinterest-perfect chore charts or general advice.
Dr. Schrager be offering this group at set times throughout late summer and early fall, but she will also welcome private groups—whether that’s a few friends who want to go through it together, or a school or community organization looking to host a customized version.
The little kids parenting group will meet tentatively on Tuesdays at 10am, and the big kids parenting group will meet on Wednesdays at 12:30pm.
Over four weeks, we’ll build out real-world family routines grounded in psychology and made for modern life.
